Internship Group Indirect Purchasing, Indirect Global Buyer

Key responsibilities and activities:Responsible for specific initiatives within the indirect group purchasing scope which consists of globalizing & optimizing the supplier panel & products across all production & legal entitiesSupport the Purchasing Organization to meet goals and objectives to the overall BOBST strategyAct as a focal point and partner with key stakeholdersSupport the implementation of the Group Purchasing Policy including the P2P processContribute to achieve the targets in terms of costs savings delivery, costs avoidance, compliance, sustainability.Provide support to the GCL’s and lead some specific sourcing initiatives and implement the defined strategy across the group:- Collect the spend with all entities, analyze the data, assess the situation & identify opportunities of synergies/savings/optimization. Conduct RFP & negotiations with suppliers. Provide support to build business case & recommendation for supplier awarding.
