Are you ready for an exciting internship in an international green-tech company where your creativity can help shape how people learn?A position with focus on digital learning and development As our Digital Learning & Content Development Intern, you will play a key role in designing, producing, and enhancing our global e-learning courses that make complex topics accessible and engaging for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives.More specifically, your tasks and responsibilities will include:Designing and producing digital learning content using tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Canva, or similar platformsAssisting in project management, ensuring timely delivery of content, and coordinating with various teams and departmentsContributing to visual storytelling and layout design to enhance learner engagementParticipating in feedback loops and iterating on content based on user testing and inputWe will ensure a smooth onboarding experience, with a thorough introduction to our tools, workflows, and team. You may not have much experience yet, but what matters most is your motivation to learn and grow.In order to succeed, we imagine that you:Are studying Digital Design, Multimedia Design, Learning & Educational Technology, Communication or similarPossess a great interest in digital content creation and learning experiencesAre familiar with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Articulate, or video editing softwareHave strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetBring a proactive and solution-oriented attitude towards new challengesAs we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, this is an internship position, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
