Would you like to be part of a team where collaboration, learning, and a good sense of humor go hand in hand?Here Is What Your Role EntailsAs an intern in Electricity Customer Projects, you will work at the intersection of technology and customer collaboration. You will contribute to the delivery and support of smart metering systems used by utility companies globally.You will be involved in both customer projects and technical support, and depending on your interests and skills, you may work with:Participating in customer projects and securing IT setup and integrations between Kamstrup’s and the customer’s systemsHandling technical customer cases and incidents – either solving them yourself or collaborating with Development/Product ManagementSupporting colleagues in other countries such as Norway, Sweden, and SwitzerlandWorking with SQL databases to understand system behaviorYou will be guided by experienced colleagues and have experts assigned to support you throughout your internship, because we know you will have many questions along the way. By the end of your internship, you will have a strong foundation to navigate almost any technical team at Kamstrup.Meet your future teamYou will become part of our Customer Services department, supporting two closely connected teams that design and support smart metering systems. In Customer Projects, we are 8 colleagues based in Stilling. We ensure that customer projects are delivered according to contract – and we do it in a positive and relaxed atmosphere where collaboration is key. In Customer Support, we are 12 colleagues located in both Stilling and Birkerød. We handle all incoming technical cases and incidents from electricity customers in Denmark, Ireland, Iceland and beyond.Across both teams, you will find a strong technical mindset, a helpful spirit, and a good sense of humor, so you can expect plenty of shared laughs and a welcoming environment.Less About Us, More About YouWe are looking for a student who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting where technology meets customer needs.
