Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore other areas within People & Culture, based on your interests and career aspirations.More specifically you will be:Assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from A-ZResponsible for recruiting new Interns for the Fall semester of 2026Conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys and providing the organization with data-based insightsSupporting onboarding activities, and ensuring strong participation from all interns in social events and courses throughout the internship programYou will experience the freedom to explore your interests and take ownership of your own projects, giving you valuable insight into how People & Culture works in practice. With a thorough onboarding and continuous guidance from your mentor, we will support you throughout your entire internship.Meet your future teamIn this role you will become a part of our P&C Global Excellence & Operations team consisting of 11 talented colleagues. We have a previous Danish champion in Pétanque on our team, and 6 of us started our journey in Kamstrup as Interns.Less About Us, More About YouWe are looking for a People & Culture Intern who is ready to contribute to Kamstrup’s recruitment efforts and help drive our global recruitment- as well as P&C processes. You may not have much experience yet, but the most important thing is that you are motivated to make your mark within P&C.In order to succeed we imagine that you:Are studying a master´s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Science or another relevant fieldThrive in a communicating role, enabling you to establish good professional collaborationsHave a structured and analytical approach to your workCan work independently, and like having responsibility for your own tasksAre curious and eager to learn, and bring a positive mindset to new challenges and collaborationsAs we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, this is an internship position, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
