We are currently looking for entrepreneurial people who want to grow and share in the profits of our success.This role will serve as the dedicated support for two critical business areas: the Risk team and Distribution Services team.Your tasks and responsibilities:Distribution Services:Support the quarterly delegate notification process, tracking response submissions and deadlinesAssist in reviewing delegate responses and contributing to quarterly reports for the Head of Distribution's submission to Oversight Control and Governance.Help develop and maintain distribution workflow procedures and internal controls documentationParticipate in periodic reviews of rebate paymentsAssist with quarterly shareholder register reconciliations, ensuring shareholders align with the Fund's distribution strategy and marketing licensesSupport invoice processing activities and workflow approvalsAid in periodic reviews of Fund marketing materials using compliance checklistsProvide general support to the Head of Distribution with ad hoc requests and thematic reviews.Risk: Collation of information for board reporting and monthly UI group reporting including liaising with UII colleagues for required metrics and follow up with group in the event of anomalies /areas requiring further investigation.Assistance collating required responses for internal audit requests.Assistance in preparation of monthly and quarterly operational risk reporting. Maintenance of the Incident, Error and Breach Log.
