We believe that technology should not only move fast but also move with purpose – and that requires clear communication about our successes and the value we create. Therefore, your focus will be on supporting the management group with planning tech talks and events, coordination, and communication of strategic initiatives across the technology organization.More specifically you will be:Facilitating strategic workshops and driving follow-up activitiesMaintaining and improving process documentation to support clarity and alignmentOrganizing and conducting technical knowledge sparring events and hackathonsWriting and publishing newsletters and short stories that highlight progress and value creationProject-managing small-scale initiatives In this role, you will work closely with the management group and gain insight into how strategy is implemented and communicated in a technical setting. This is a unique opportunity to explore how business and technology come together in practice.Meet your future teamYou will become part of the EA, Infrastructure and Platforms department consisting of 30+ colleagues, where you will work directly with the head of the department. Together, we are responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Developer Platforms. The team is highly motivated by technology, but we also care deeply about having fun and building strong connections. Your contributions will help ensure that our strategic direction is not only executed but also clearly communicated.In order to succeed we imagine that you:Are pursuing a degree in Global Business Engineering, Business IT, Engineering Management or another relevant fieldAre self-driven and proactive in taking ownership of tasksDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Are eager to learn and comfortable managing small projects and coordinating across teamsHave interest in process documentation and in communicating the value of technical workAs we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, this is an internship position, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
