Here Is What Your Role EntailsAs an Intern in Wireless Communication, you will acquire a unique understanding of RF communication, where you will be involved in all aspects of Embedded Software Development. You will be involved in a development project where you work with technology clarification, analysis, simulation, and implementation.More specifically, you will be working with:Embedded software development based on our firmware development process Low level embedded software development in C or C++ with an object-oriented mindset, as well as test scripts in PythonCommunication protocols and protocol stacksOptimized embedded Software design for low power consumptionHardware-based programming and measurement, in an ARM Cortex-M3 based platformYour final tasks will be adjusted to your competencies, but you will be working on real challenges that contribute to our development projects.Meet your future teamYou will become part of a tight-knit group consisting of skilled Engineers, Technicians, and PhDs with full focus on communication, that can offer valuable learnings and sparring. You want to contribute to the development of Kamstrup’s devices based on your solid theoretical knowledge, but you are also eager to learn new things and new ways of working.In order to succeed we imagine that you:Are studying a relevant bachelor’s degree within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similarHave strong skills within mathematics, communication theory, and software development, combined with a good understanding of electronicsAre looking for an internship where freedom under responsibility, as well as personal and professional development are of high importanceHave a curious, problem-solving mindset to analyze and solve problems using facts and theoryIt is a requirement that you are fluent in English both written and spoken.
