If you have strong fundamentals, enjoy problem-solving, and want hands-on experience with full-stack development, this role is perfect for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and developing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Support senior developers in building frontend and backend functionalities.Work on responsive UI development using Material UI, Bootstrap, and custom components.Learn and help integrate state management tools like Redux or Context API.Collaborate on implementing authentication and authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, etc.).Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.Work on form handling and validation using Formik and Yup.Assist in integrating REST APIs and third-party services.Gain exposure to Docker, deployment workflows, and basic DevOps concepts.Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization tasks.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver quality features.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (or currently pursuing for internship).Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basics of React.js and Node.js.Familiarity with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.Knowledge of UI frameworks like Material UI or Bootstrap.Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and client–server communication.Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.Strong eagerness to learn, improve, and adapt.Good to HaveUnderstanding of Redux or Context API.Basic exposure to authentication (JWT/OAuth).Familiarity with Docker or deployment processes.Knowledge of TypeScript (optional).Awareness of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Soft SkillsWillingness to learn new technologies and grow quickly.Good communication and teamwork skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.Detail-oriented with a passion for clean UI/UX.Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.Stipend & Performance NoteIf the candidate is fit for the requirements, the company may offer a stipend based on the candidate’s performance after the first 2 months.High-performing candidates may also be considered for a full-time role after the internship period.Why Join Us·                Work on real, production-level applications and modern technologies.·                Learn directly from experienced senior developers.·                Fast-paced learning environment with real-world exposure.·                Friendly, supportive, and growth-focused team culture.·                Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance.
