Brief Role DescriptionThe Organizational Development department of Volkswagen Group Technology is responsible for the holistic design of efficient and effective organizational structures, decision-making processes, and governance models for all Group companies in the areas of Components, Battery, Charging & Energy, and Platform Business. As part of the team, you will support us in collecting, optimizing, and digitalizing our cross-brand and cross-company decision-making processes. In addition, you will gain deep insights into the work of the executive office of the two highest committees within the Volkswagen Group Technology sub-group, as well as into the areas of organizational structure development, corporate governance, and risk, audit, and compliance management.
