We are talent obsessed and deeply believe that the raw skills of our people, and their collective brilliance is what makes us truly extraordinary!ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Product Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the team throughout the journey of bringing new products to life. From concept to launch, you’ll contribute to projects that combine creativity, research, and operations, while gaining insight into how innovative beauty products are developed. This role offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment where your ideas and attention to detail help shape the future of our portfolio.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Help & support the product development team in all aspects of creation and launch (formula, packaging, testing, etc).Help & support on day-to-day (& longer term) operational tasks (meetings preparation, package reception, transmission & tracking, product boards/mockup creation, product orders management, etc).Examine, study & analyse qualitative and quantitative market research (trends, rankings, competitor products, and consumer preferences).Create & update Powerpoint, Excel and word decks for internal and external meetings.Track, evaluate & follow-up on all new competitive haircare and skincare products.Assist with evaluating product submissions (sample preparation, report analysis, follow-up, etc).Organise & conduct regular product testing and assessment along with PD.Coordinators & Managers to ensure product performance, quality, and safety.Collaborate & brainstorm with the PD team (and others if needed) to generateshare new product ideas based on market trends, customer feedback, andbrand vision.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:You are following an Business education course with a focus on Marketing / Product Development.Strong interest in the beauty industry.Passionate about cosmetics & social media savvy.You are proactive, flexible and take responsibility for your tasks, hands on deck mindset needed!You can work under pressure and work towards deadlines.You speak and write fluently in English.REQUIREMENTS:Available to start from Monday February 2nd 2026.You must be a HBO / WO student and are looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for at least 6 months.You must be in the possession of a BSN.You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.WHAT WE OFFER:1 day of remote working per week.Free fresh daily lunch via our partner Feedr, plus drinks and snacks provided in the office.Regular team activities and drinks.Monthly €10 contribution towards ClassPass membership.Mental health support via OpenUp.Monthly well-being classes provided at the office. This internship is compensated.
