We are currently looking for an Intern to join our team.You will have the opportunity of working with high international exposure and across the entire transaction life cycle. You will be part of the team executing deals in Sports, Leisure and Healthcare.A&M Corporate Finance has a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development. As an Intern, you will be working closely with the rest of the team and gain ‘on-the-job’ learning and development, leveraging on their substantial experience.How you will contributeWorking with the other members of the team, the intern will be involved in the following tasks:Participating in the execution and success of our sponsorship mandatesContributing to strategic recommendations and insightsCollecting and analysing strategic data using internal tools (e.g. YouGov, GWI, GlobalData)Assisting in the production of pitches, deliverables, marketing and commercial documentsSupporting prospection and negotiation meetingsUpdating and monitoring CRM systems and databasesConducting strategic market studies (benchmarking and sector/company analyses)Researching potential targets and preparing outreach approaches (identifying key people, strategies, etc.)Providing occasional support for other team activities (M&A in Sports, Leisure & Healthcare)QualificationsStudying at a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Ability to prioritise – especially in highly pressured situations;Advanced Powerpoint skills;Fluent business level English and French is essential.
