Job Location: Luxembourg LuxembourgAbout the Role:For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to support the Route-To-Market (RTM) Capabilities & Commercial Policies team in the execution and cascading of key strategic projects.During this internship, you will assist in collecting and consolidating data, preparing presentations and meetings with internal stakeholders, tracking action plans, and following up on pilot RTM activities across countries.In this context, you will also support data analysis and simple tracking dashboards where needed.Main Responsibilities:You will help extract and structure reports from internal tools, support data analysis on market coverage, and prepare working materials for internal stakeholders.Your contribution will also assist in monitoring commercial execution and supporting RTM projects.Moreover, you will take part in maintaining the Sales and Order to Cash Policy framework, updating documentation, and assisting in distributor evaluation and related reporting. If needed, you may provide support to other commercial transformation initiatives within the RTM team.Last but not least, you will work closely with the RTM Manager and collaborate with regional functions, gaining exposure to cross-functional processes and practical experience in reporting, analysis, and project support.About You:To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of September 2026.You will bring your educational background in Business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or other related fields.You have a strong interest in commercial structures, route-to-market models, or sales development. As an excellent communicator and collaborator, you thrive in an international environment while bringing a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.On top of that, your ability to manage multiple tasks, work with large datasets, and apply an analytical mindset makes you a valuable contributor to business projects and operational excellence.Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Excel (data analysis, dashboards, pivot tables), PowerPoint, data visualization tools (Power BI) with your fluency in English.If you are interested by this opportunity, apply & join the team!
