To actively shape this change and drive our expansion, we are looking for a Strategy & Execution Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, the Founders Associate, and various teams, taking on cross-departmental tasks and driving strategic initiatives forward. Your contribution will ensure that key projects are implemented efficiently and that our growth is built on a solid foundation.Your Responsibilities:Independently planning and managing projects in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation. Supporting various teams with core tasks and process optimization to increase efficiency. Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, as well as preparing relevant reports and presentations. You proactively tackle tasks, find solutions rather than problems, and can quickly adapt to new topics. Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.
