Internship –Thermal & Mechanical Engineer

The thermal and Mechanical Simulation Engineering team will dedicate their expertise and resources to mentor and train the student trainee in the areas of thermal and mechanical simulations, as well as provide guidance and advisement on the development of the Neural Network model.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleConduct thermal resistance simulations and mechanical characteristic analyses to gain a comprehensive understanding of package characteristicsIntegrate input and output data to develop a Neural Network model using MATLAB for mathematical modeling Create a user-friendly interface with Visual Basic with data outputUnderstand fundamental design and construction of semiconductor packages, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and thermal/mechanical package characteristicsYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedCurrently studying in Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines Experience with SolidWorks 3D modelKnowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)Proficiency in MATLAB codingProgramming experience with Visual Basic,C##WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
