Role Description & ResponsibilitiesProvide language interpretation from one language to another for individual with language barrier to understand and communicate to each otherHandling telephone or video calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of EnglishProcesses information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is always professional and courteousThe interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices. The calls may involve simple orcomplex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.QualificationsProficiency in Mandarin and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpreting and translation skills, including the ability to convey concepts, context, and emotional nuances accurately.Understanding of diverse cultural contexts and sensitivity to cultural differences.Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Experience in professional interpretation services is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is a plus.Interested resources please send updated resume directly to - Payal Shaw
