Role Description This is a full-time on-site Interpreter position based in the Dominican Republic. The Interpreter will be responsible for providing consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation services during meetings, conferences, exhibitions, forums, and other events. Daily tasks include accurately interpreting spoken language in real-time, preparing for assignments by researching relevant topics, and collaborating with clients to ensure clarity and precision. The Interpreter must maintain confidentiality and professionalism while ensuring the delivery of high-quality interpretation services in various industry contexts. Qualifications Language Proficiency: Expertise in both the source and target languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills in at least two languages.Interpretation Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform consecutive and simultaneous interpretations with precision and fluency.Research and Preparation: Proficiency in researching subject matters to ensure contextual accuracy during interpretation.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as technology, life sciences, automotive, new energy, or international conferences is advantageous.Additional Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and adaptability to diverse professional environments.
