Job Overview: We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Bilingual Remote Legal Assistant / Client Intaker to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative and legal support tasks, including those related to Employment & Personal Injury Law matters.

This includes aiding in client intake, managing databases, data entry, facilitating document collection, communicating with clients, following up with clients regarding documents needed/status of treatment/etc. , communicating with insurance adjusters regarding personal injury claims, drafting legal correspondence, and providing language interpretation services during client interactions. Responsibilities: Client Intake: Conduct initial client intakes over the phone or via email for legal matters and gather essential information on new legal matters and input it accurately into the database. Customer Service:

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, building strong rapport with each potential client in legal contexts and handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective clients who need legal assistance, analyzing clients' situations, and following up to obtain documents and signed retainers. Document Management: Keep track of potential legal cases, follow up on schedule while collecting necessary documents or records from clients, and update the case database in a timely manner and prepare and manage the distribution of retainers, fee splits, and letters declining representation for legal matters. Scheduling and Preparation:

Coordinate and schedule clients for legal appointments, meetings, and other appearances. Language Interpretation: Provide interpretation services during client interviews, meetings, and when preparing clients for depositions for legal matters and provide legal document translation services from English to Spanish as requested by attorneys. Qualifications: Previous experience as an intake specialist or legal assistant for a USA law firm is required. Preferred personal injury, employment or civil litigation experience. Basic knowledge of USA legal terminology and document types. Strong customer service skills with a high level of empathy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using office software and legal databases.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document management and database entry. Familiarity with legal procedures, document production, and confidentiality protocols in legal contexts. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. Experience with interpreting in legal contexts. Speak English at a B2 level or above. A degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant experience, certifications, or coursework in legal studies is highly desirable. Working From Home:
