We aim to meet clients’ expectations, as part of Baker Hughes operations.Deliver a flawless service to our customersAs an Intervention Pumping Operator / Supervisor, you will participate in the delivery of Fluids Environmental Services (FES).As an Intervention Pumping Operator / Supervisor you will be responsible for:Team leader for intervention pumping operations offshore.Be the company's representative to customers offshore.Be the focal point for Baker Hughes intervention personnel on site.Responsible for rigging of temporary high-pressure and low-pressure lines.Carrying out pumping operations such as gravel pack and chemical treatments. Be an active participant in trouble shooting equipment, daily reporting, on the job maintenance, and ordering of equipment and supplies. Attends all required meetings and conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Oversee special projects as assigned.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a technical diploma in a related field or demonstrate equivalent expertise.Have knowledge of pumping operations and equipment used.Demonstrate theoretical knowledge of gravel packing, hi-pressure pumping and completion fluids.Be fluent in English and Norwegian and excellent all-round communication skillsHave relevant certificates for high pressure work along with offshore certificates for NO shelf.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
