This role sits at the heart of our mission to connect ambitious students with leading universities across the UK, USA, and Australia.
Based in Kuwait, you’ll play a key part in delivering growth across our international portfolio, guiding students to the right study options and building trusted relationships with education agents, schools, and stakeholders in the region. Occasionally, you’ll also support neighbouring markets across the Middle East and Africa. As the Recruitment Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and overseeing local recruitment strategies.
You’ll manage relationships with our network of education agents, introduce new products to the market, and work closely with colleagues across the business - including Marketing, Admissions, our global recruitment network - and university partners, to ensure a coordinated, student-centred approach to all we do. You’ll represent INTO and our partner universities at fairs, exhibitions, and school visits, including during evenings and weekends when needed.
In addition to engaging with prospective students and families, you’ll report on market insights, record activities on Salesforce, and contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts in Kuwait and the region. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has a deep understanding of the education system in Kuwait, and is passionate about helping students succeed.
