Your MissionGrow Introist’s top line and help design the playbook for sales. You’ll work directly with the founders on everything that drives growth – from sourcing leads to winning meetings to shaping the story we tell the market. You’llWhat you’ll doDrive pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and whatever creative channels work. Build repeatable systems for prospecting, sequencing, and creating inbound opportunities. Work with founders to refine our ICP, messaging, and pricing. Create and improve assets that close deals – decks, proposals, case studies, trial plans, you name it. Jump in wherever impact is highest:
creating content, planning and attending events, and more. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll be part of critical decisions, working side-by-side with the team building Introist.
