SummaryWe are seeking a Process Operations Manager to join our growing PMO team. This role will take a hands-on approach in evaluating and auditing operational workflows across the company — uncovering how operational workflows are carried out in practice and working to ensure system alignment and data completeness. This position plays a critical role at the intersection of operations, systems, and data. The ideal candidate will partner with department managers to map workflows, uncover data or system gaps, and work closely with IT to evaluate whether current platforms meet operational needs — or if new tools are required.
The ultimate goal is to enable high-quality analytics through clean, structured, and complete process data across the business, ultimately enabling the development of a scalable digital twin model of core operations. Performance objectivesAudit operational workflows to identify how work is truly performed across departments. Compare actual processes to documented SOPs, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and deviations. Collaborate with managers and IT to ensure critical process steps and data points are captured in current systems — or propose platform improvements where needed. Lead efforts to standardize and optimize workflows for scalability, accuracy, and measurability.
Build and maintain updated SOPs that reflect actual practices and ensure traceability. Own the development and implementation of KPI frameworks for evolving roles and teams. Work with IT and data teams to prepare processes for process mining and system-level monitoring. Support the PMO’s strategic initiatives by enabling digital visibility into operations. Foster a culture of operational discipline, measurement, and continuous improvement. Key competenciesProven experience in business analysis, operations, or systems/process improvement. Strong understanding of how business workflows are captured in digital platforms. Familiarity with BPMN tools and workflow modeling platforms (e. g. , Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio).
Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to spot process/data gaps. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with ops, IT, and leadership. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple audits/projects independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience working on ERP, CRM, or other enterprise system implementations or audits. Exposure to process mining and understanding of structured event/data logging. Understanding of TOC (Theory of Constraints) principles is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Master’s degree or certifications in process improvement, digital transformation, or project management (PMP, Six Sigma, etc. ). What we offerOpportunity to work remotely or on-site.
