Regulatory Reporting Accountant - Funds

You’ll be part of a team that supports a range of clients across fund and corporate structures, with a focus on annual regulatory and accounting requirements. This role offers exposure to regulatory reporting, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration with auditors, attorneys, and other professionals. It’s an opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with project management and client service, while contributing to process improvements and best practices across the team.

What We’re Looking ForA qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a background in fund audit or financial reporting. Solid understanding of Cayman regulatory requirements (FARs, CIMA filings, economic substance) and familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS. Strong technical accounting and financial statement review skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Confidence in managing multiple deadlines and high-volume deliverables, while staying organised and client-focused. A collaborative team player who can also work independently, provide guidance to junior colleagues, and build strong professional relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus advanced Excel proficiency. Someone proactive, adaptable, and keen to contribute to continuous improvement.
