Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Analyst based in Sheffield, TX. The successful candidate will manage inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and forecast inventory needs based on demand planning and sales trends. Responsibilities include analyzing inventory data, identifying inaccuracies, and developing solutions to optimize supply chain processes. The role also involves coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely restocking, efficient inventory movement, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to use inventory management software are essential for this role. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in inventory management, stock control, and supply chain operationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in inventory management systems and related software (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced Excel skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detailEffective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in medical device or healthcare industries is advantageousAbility to work on-site in Sheffield, TX, with limited supervisionBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
