Support inventory reporting. Inventory shortages to HCM suppliers could result in line shutdown and significant financial and production loss for HCM.Principal Functional ResponsibilitiesProcessing Orders Monitor and ensure finished good inventory targets are maintained and depleted stock is consistently replenished to maintain required inventory holding targets.Ensure processing orders adhere to slit loss targetReport weekly on finished goods targets – plan versus actualMaster DeliverySchedule and Track master coil deliveries, follow up with supplier on late deliveries and support resolution. Provide master coil pick up instructions to ProcessorsClose Purchase ordersSupport weekly conference calls when needed, review with Account rep for any critical supply or delivery issues.Inventory ReconciliationGenerate Inventory reconciliation files by the 5th of the monthInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies on master coils. ReportingSupport And Complete The Following ReportsPrepare multiple reports to support month end reporting and monthly Inventory Presentation. Customer and Account Rep SupportSupport Inventory Account Rep. on inventory ordering and back up as required, field customer calls & requests for all areas and address immediate issues utilizing 1R 2C’s (report, consult, communicate).Position Profile And QualificationsPersonal Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointMinimum 2 years’ experience in inventory, purchasing or sales administrationPost-secondary education in Business and/or equivalent experienceAbility to work under stressful situations and tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal, analytical ability, reasoning, and persuasive skillsStrong organization skillsAbility to work independently and multitaskStrong eye for detail, ability to identify and resolve issuesStrong communicator
