We do it all – from protective security site surveys to technical strategy, asset management, preventative maintenance, system design and installation, and fault-call response.What We OfferCompetitive salary package including staff benefitsExcellent team cultureOngoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskillingWhat You Will DoProviding management of asset databases, inventory activities, health, safety and wellbeing and quality systems for the business as a wholeHow You Will Do ItManage all activities associated with building, maintaining, and generating outputs from customer asset database systems, including supporting Sales team to prepare plans based on asset renewals schedulesManage all stock movement and inventory management activities, including value reporting and stocktaking in line with Johnson Controls standards, credit returns and warranty repair or replacement activities related to equipmentApprove purchase orders for procurement within Johnson Controls delegation of authority frameworkManage all activities associated with the company’s health & safety management system, wellbeing initiatives, and committee representation, including coordinating internal and external reporting and other activities with third parties and Johnson Controls H&S Lead Manage all activities associated with the company’s quality management system, including internal audit scheduling, committee representation and liaison with external auditors as requiredRepresent the above portfolios as part of the Red Wolf Senior Leadership Team (SLT)Carry out a minimum of one (1) health and safety site audit per month, and one (1) quality audit on completed works per month Manage resourcing for stores department, including leave requests, HR, performance reviews and disciplinary activities Manage general facilities for business premises including liaising with support service suppliers and contractorsOther Ad Hoc duties when requiredWhat We Look ForExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and ExcelCapable of working efficiently in a fast paced environment and under pressureAbility to work effectively as a team member and independentlyOnly applicants who have a current right to work in New Zealand will be considered.Please note pre-employment checks – including reference checks, medical, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing – will form part of the eligibility process.If this is the right opportunity for you - Apply Now!To know more about the role, please email Janis – janis.sotelo@jci.com
