We're seeking an Inventory Controller & Auditor to uphold the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of inventory records across our warehouse and store network. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through systematic audits, ERP mastery, and SOP enforcement.Inventory Auditing & VerificationConduct scheduled and surprise physical inventory auditsReconcile physical counts with MS Dynamics Finance & Operations ERPInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory transactionsExecute cycle counts, spot checks, and full auditsSOP Compliance & DocumentationEnsure strict adherence to inventory SOPsIdentify deviations and recommend corrective actionsMaintain detailed audit trails for compliance and traceabilityCollaborate with teams to refine and update SOPsERP System ManagementMonitor inventory movements and audit trails via MS Dynamics ERPGenerate and analyse reports to detect trends and anomaliesValidate ERP entries and correct data inconsistenciesTrain staff on ERP inventory modulesLoss Prevention & Risk MitigationInvestigate shrinkage, damage, and misplacement incidentsRecommend process improvements to reduce inventory lossMonitor high-risk zones and implement control measuresCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with warehouse, store, and finance teams to resolve audit findingsProvide training and feedback on inventory best practicesSupport external audits and financial reviewsWhat You BringQualifications & SkillsProficiency in MS Dynamics Finance & Operations ERPStrong analytical and documentation skillsKnowledge of inventory control principles and audit methodologiesPreferred AttributesCertification in Inventory Management or Internal Auditing (CIA, CPIM)Experience in multi-location retail or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with warehouse automation and digital audit toolsSuccess MetricsInventory accuracy vs. ERP recordsReduction in SOP violationsTimely audit completion and resolutionShrinkage and loss prevention improvementsERP data integrity and reporting accuracyWhy Work for UsAt Binghatti, we don’t just build properties – we build legacies.
