If so, we’d love to hear from you!🔍 About the RoleAs Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our inventory records and their reflection in our financial statements. You’ll be responsible for monthly reconciliations, inventory valuation, audit support, and working closely with Operations, Procurement, and IT to drive continuous improvement.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliations and variance analysisEnsure accurate inventory valuation aligned with IFRSCoordinate physical stock counts and manage stock auditsMonitor working capital and highlight aged inventorySupport monthly and year-end closing processesMaintain internal controls and SOPs related to inventory✅ What We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred)Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory control or financial roles in manufacturing or millingStrong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle)Expertise in inventory accounting, reconciliation, and audit readinessA proactive and detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skillsThis is more than just a numbers role – it’s about driving accuracy, building controls, and contributing to business performance.
