Job Description

The inventory controller role is responsible for coordinating all inventory processes related to Inventory Accuracy, ERP System transactions and process documentation across the Australian Integration Centre (AIC) and Field Services to meet customer demands and inventory targets. This job involves championing ongoing improvement efforts to reach outstanding levels of safety, quality, efficiency, and inventory accuracy. This position will also play a key role in building relationships and working collaboratively across AIC and Field Services, driving excellence, and contributing to the success of the organisation.We are looking for a motivated professional with a positive and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and ability to take accountability for work, be a great team player working collaboratively to meet business objectives. The key requirement for this role is to concentrate on ERP system usage and transaction support to improve the overall experience for both our internal and external clientele.What You'll DoConduct periodic inventory cycle counts to drive Inventory Accuracy across AIC and Field Services inventoryAnalyse, document, and resolve discrepancies in inventory to synchronize physical and system stock levelsTake charge of analyzing inventory discrepancies, implementing necessary adjustments, and seeing through to resolution.Prepare periodic inventory reports on cycle count trends and outcomes driving improvement actionsFacilitate Inventory Management Forum with stakeholders to walk through key drivers of inventory variance, corrective actions and follow through for closure.Perform Spot counting , Adhoc counting as needed to support inventory variances or special requests from other business unitsParticipate in inventory audits with internal and external financial business partners as neededManage timely inventory transactions & Adhoc inventory management tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operationsPerform physical and system disposition of obsolete and excess Inventory as requiredParticipate and support with the new ERP system roll out to ensure smooth transition of business processesActively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and optimisation of inventory systems and processes to enhance inventory operational performance metrics.Actively engage with safety initiatives and promote a safety culture across the site fully complying with site safety regulations and displaying diligence during operational tasksPerform document management and record keeping tasks to meet audit and compliance requirementsActively demonstrate Aristocrat’s values and behaviors.What We're Looking For5+ years of Inventory control experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain managementValid forklift license preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detail coupled with analytical and problem-solving skillsMicrosoft Dynamics ERP experience is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillsStrong interpersonal and time management skillsFlexibility & adaptability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.Why Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
