Inventory Controller

Job Title: Inventory ControllerDepartment: Supply Chain Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Purpose:The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels across all warehouses and ensuring smooth flow of materials through the supply chain. This role involves monitoring stock movements, performing regular inventory audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing inventory control procedures to support efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory levels across multiple storage locations.Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks to ensure data integrity.Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions to reduce discrepancies.Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams for timely replenishment of stock.Develop and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.Optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess or obsolete stock.Generate and present inventory reports, KPIs, and stock aging analysis to management.Support supply chain planning by providing accurate inventory forecasts.Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality procedures.
