Inventory Controller – SAP System

Role Description – Inventory Controller (SAP System)The Inventory Controller plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency within the supply chain. This position requires hands-on experience with the SAP system and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage, track, and analyze inventory levels. The role involves close coordination with the procurement, warehouse, production, and finance teams.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through daily system updates and cycle counts.Process inventory transactions and stock movements in SAP.Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.Generate detailed inventory reports using Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and formulas).Support month-end and year-end inventory audits.Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve inventory issues.Suggest improvements to inventory procedures and controls.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.Proficiency in SAP Inventory Modules.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).Strong analytical and numerical skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Preferred: Background in the Beverage & Food (B&F) industry.
