Inventory Coordinator

Monday to FridayHome every night$80K + Super Seeking a proactive and reliable Inventory Coordinator to manage and stock PPE vending machines across the Bowen BasinYour new companyOur client is a Queensland-based supplier of workwear, safety gear, tools, and industrial services, supporting mining, construction, and trade sectors since 2008. They also actively support regional communities through contributions to health, sport, and disaster relief initiatives.Your new role This hands-on role is essential to ensuring workers have consistent access to the safety gear they need to operate effectively and safely.Replenish PPE vending machines on-site across the Bowen Basin.Monitor stock levels and usage trends to ensure timely restocking.Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.Liaise with site personnel to ensure PPE availability meets operational needs.Follow all safety protocols and site access requirements.What you'll need to succeedLocated in Mackay regionQLD Coal Board Medical & Standard 11Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics (preferred).Current driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.Familiarity with PPE and mining site safety standards (advantageous).What you'll get in returnMonday to Friday roster and home most nights.Competitive pay and travel allowances include a work vehicle to travel to and from sites.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and essential role within the mining sector.Supportive team environment with training provided.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, applications can be submitted by sending me an up-to-date CV at jennah.murray@hays.com.au.
