This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate supply of raw materials to production, helping us deliver on our production schedules and customer commitments.What you'll do Inventory Control & AccuracyManage daily inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure availability, accuracy, and optimal stock levels.Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes, investigate variances, and maintain up-to-date records.Monitor stock movement and reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse and planning teams. Supply CoordinationEnsure materials are supplied on time and in full (OTIF) to support production requirements.Work closely with receiving, planning, and production teams to coordinate deliveries and material flow.Escalate any supply risks promptly and assist in implementing contingency plans to prevent production delays.Supplier LiaisonPartner with suppliers to manage delivery schedules, resolve supply or quality issues, and optimise delivery efficiency (e.g., time slotting).Provide feedback on supplier performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders on improvement opportunities.Safety, Quality & Continuous ImprovementAdhere to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards, ensuring compliance with Kinrise HSEQ requirements.Report hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and accuracy across warehouse and logistics operations.
