Pay: ₱18,000.00 - ₱25,000.00 per monthJob description:Inventory Data AnalystSan Rafael, Central Luzon, Philippines (On-site)Job DescriptionThe Inventory Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data to optimize inventory levels, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance the efficiency of the farm's supply chain operations. This role focuses on translating inventory and usage data into strategic insights that drive cost savings and operational excellence.Data Analysis & Inventory OptimizationAnalyze daily, weekly, and monthly usage and stock level data for farm inputs and consumables to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.Develop and maintain advanced inventory models and reports using Excel, inventory software, and/or BI tools to support strategic decision-making.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on all inventory discrepancies, losses, and wastage, providing data-backed recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements.Implement and monitor data-driven inventory control strategies, such as optimal reorder points, safety stock calculations, and FIFO adherence.Forecasting & Strategic SupportCollaborate with Farm Supervisors and Production Planning to develop and refine material demand forecasts based on historical data, production schedules, and seasonal trends.Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust parameters to minimize stockouts and prevent excess inventory build-up, especially for time-sensitive inputs.Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for management and operational teams.Assist in the development and implementation of new inventory management systems or upgrades, focusing on data integrity and reporting functionality.Reporting & ComplianceDesign and automate the preparation of comprehensive inventory performance dashboards and management reports (daily, weekly, monthly).Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data across all digital systems and coordinate reconciliation efforts with physical stock counts.Document and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like inventory turnover, days of supply, carrying costs, and shrinkage.Support internal and external audits by generating and verifying accurate, detailed inventory data and documentation.Required Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate of Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, or a related analytical field.2+ years of experience in a role focused on data analysis, business intelligence, or inventory planning, preferably within a supply chain or agricultural/manufacturing environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, modeling) and experience with inventory or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specialized farm management tools).Demonstrated ability to use data analytics techniques to solve complex inventory and logistical challenges.Familiarity with agricultural workflows, material handling, and farm input lifecycle management is a significant advantage.Work Commitment & CultureMust be reliable and trustworthy with high integrity when handling sensitive inventory data and reports.Willingness to work a Monday to Saturday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Willingness to work overtime as needed during peak seasons, audit periods, or to resolve critical operational issues.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Health insurance, Life insuranceJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
