Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar)Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer!Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more!)Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organizationStandard government and Emapta benefitsTotal of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash)Fun engagement activities for employeesMentorship and exposure to global leaders and teamsCareer growth opportunitiesDiverse and supportive work environmentThe Qualifications We SeekBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.5+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.Proven track record of reducing inventory write-offs and improving accuracy.Project management and process improvement experience preferred.Proficiency in NetSuite and inventory management software.Strong analytical skills with ERP and inventory system experience.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SLOB (Slow-moving and Obsolete) inventory programs.Familiarity with commercial planning and demand forecasting tools.Knowledge of liquidation strategies and recovery channels.Your Daily TasksInventory Risk ManagementDevelop and implement processes to monitor and reduce expired, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.Lead root cause analysis on inventory write-offs and establish corrective actions.Maintain visibility into short-dated inventory and proactively manage liquidation strategies.Ensure inventory sync and reconciliation processes minimize gaps and P&L leakage.Commercial CollaborationPartner with commercial and marketing teams to align inventory with sales forecasts and product lifecycle.Drive accountability for sell-through strategies and support product conversions or reconfigurations.Strategic Planning & ReportingOwn the monthly review of inventory reserves and provide detailed reporting on risk exposure and progress.Support S&OP processes with accurate inventory data and forecasting inputs.External PartnershipsPartner with existing liquidation relationships and build new channels to reduce inventory burden.Establish external relationships to offload excess and short-dated inventory.Process ImprovementRecommend inventory tracking systems and cycle count programs to improve accuracy.Collaborate with sourcing and procurement to align purchasing with inventory risk thresholds.Welcome to Emapta Philippines!Join a team that values camaraderie, excellence, and growth.
