We are committed to quality, efficiency, and timely delivery in every aspect of our operations — including inventory and materials management.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Officer (Executive) to manage and monitor construction materials, equipment, and stock across our project sites and central store. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the inventory or store department of a real estate or construction company.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials at central warehouse and project sitesVerify delivery of materials as per purchase orders and project requirementsUpdate inventory system (ERP/manual) regularly to reflect current stock levelsPerform regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system recordsCoordinate with the procurement, project, and site engineers to ensure timely availability of materialsMaintain proper storage conditions, labeling, and safety compliance in the warehousePrepare and submit inventory reports, damage/loss reports, and material consumption logsTrack material transfers between sites and central warehouseMonitor minimum stock levels and alert the procurement team in advanceEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain ManagementBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related fieldSkills Required: Inventory Management, Inventory Audit, Stock Management, Stock Inventory, Inventory Analysis, Inventory Store Management, Warehouse Inventory ManagementExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate,DeveloperQualifications & Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory or storekeeping in a real estate or construction company (mandatory)Technical Skills:Must be proficient in inventory or ERP softwareGood knowledge of construction materials and site logisticsStrong skills in MS Excel and report preparationPersonal Attributes:Honest, reliable, and detail-orientedPhysically fit to conduct field visits and stock checksGood communication and team coordination skills
