Inventory & Operation Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the COO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.  ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations across merchant onboarding, transaction processing, settlement, and customer support.Ensure full compliance with Bank Indonesia, OJK, and industry regulations.Develop and execute strategies to grow transaction volume, partnerships, and market reach.Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.Provide operational and strategic insights to the COO and Board.Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.Qualifications5–10 years of experience in fintech, banking, or payments, with at least 5+ years in an executive role.Strong knowledge of payment systems, e-money, acquiring, settlement, and compliance.Proven track record in scaling operations, business growth, and partnership management.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
