About The RoleWe're looking for a superstar to join our Korea Dream Team as Inventory Planner. Charlotte Tilbury continues its exciting expansion across APAC, and Korea is a key strategic market. As Inventory Planner Korea, you will be the local supply chain anchor, supporting both inventory operations and customer supply chain planning. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, training, and warehouse teams, ensuring seamless inventory flow and operational excellence across Korea's ecommerce, domestic and travel retail channels.You will serve as the key contact for all inventory-related operations in Korea, overseeing inbound stock, warehouse coordination, retail replenishment, and ERP data integrity. You'll also play a critical role in supporting commercial order planning and execution, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.As an Inventory Planner you will be responsible for:Inventory Planning & Control Coordinate inbound shipments to Korea's Bonded and Domestic Warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory segregation (available vs. non-available)Manage and review all inbound, transfers, store transactions, and warehouse movements, to work to minimise stock losses and ensure all adjustments are recorded with accurate root cause assigned and within acceptable tolerancesResponsible for regular stock reconciliations among 3PL WMS, Retail POS and ERP, investigating discrepancies and working to iteratively reduce occurrences of missing transactions between the systemsCollaborate closely with 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of physical deliveriesMonitor and report on inventory KPIs, including accuracy, adjustments, and availability Customer Supply Chain PlanningConsolidate monthly order requests from the commercial team and coordinate order processing with the Hong Kong officeCollaborate with commercial to maintain product assortment across online and offline platformsEnsure daily/weekly reports from retailers are received and recorded in ERPLiaise with internal teams (marketing, training, commercial) to align on stock needs and promotional activitiesManage stock allocation and replenishment to offline stores, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely fulfilment in line with commercial requestsMaintain strong communication with APAC HQ and ensure all updates are shared in EnglishWho You Will Work WithReporting into Customer Supply Chain Manager, APAC (HK base)RequirementsA strong educational background3+ years of experience in inventory management or order processingStrong understanding of warehouse operations and ERP systemsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyProven ability to manage cross-functional communicationNative in Korean and Fluent in English, Chinese Speaking is a plusAdvanced skills in Excel and data analysisProven experience managing inventory across retailers, department stores, and e-commerce platformsBenefitsWhy join us?
