We are Doğuş Otomotiv!To learn more about Doğuş Otomotiv and explore career opportunities, you can visit our career site!https://kariyer.dogusotomotiv.com.tr/Doğuş Otomotiv Parts & Logistics Center is seeking a highly skilled Parts Inventory Planning Assistant Specialist to join our Parts Operations Department.General QualificationsGraduated from Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering departments of universities.Proficiency in English.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; sophisticated skills in Excel (ex. pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs).Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in researching and learning new technologies and methods.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Self-motivated, organized with timely and assertive follow-up skills and execution.Excellent communication skills.Job DescriptionUtilize statistical models to forecast future parts and accessories demand for the brands represented by Doğuş Otomotiv, ensuring high availability, inventory turnover rate, and customer satisfaction.Identify and address demand and supply risks by sharing findings with relevant stakeholders and taking necessary actions.Prepare and send daily orders for unmet demands to suppliers.Monitor and control orders and daily operations.Conduct verbal and written communication with suppliers regarding orders.Report on business outcomes and performance parameters of the department.Generate new ideas and projects aimed at improving business processes.We are looking for a proactive team player who is eager to contribute to the success of our Parts Operations Department.
