Inventory Specialist

OverviewScope of Responsibilities: Works under limited supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to ensure adequate inventory levelsJob Summary: Responsible for the inventory management, appropriate stock levels and maintaining accurate cost files.ResponsibilitiesJob Duties: Replenish inventory from in-store stock and in coming orders Assist in the ordering of replacement product from the appropriate supplier Assist in the management of inventory levels insuring adequate quantities are available to meet customers needs, without maintaining excessive levels Assist in identifying and returning outdated or over stocked merchandise to the proper source Update IT drug database as needed Work with facility management and HD support staff to ensure that accurate cost files are maintained Perform general housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional and clean department Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs Perform other duties as assigned Education Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED Preferred: AS Degree or Higher Experience Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position Required (Vermont Employees) Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician Required (Ohio Employees Only) Registered with the State of Ohio as a Pharmacy Technician Attendance Requirements Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts Must be able to work nights and weekends as required Compensation$16.00 - $20.06 an hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
