As the company continues its rapid expansion across the U.S., they’re looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support their logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.About the RoleThis is a high-impact position within a lean and agile operations team. The Logistics Operations Specialist will oversee inventory flow, inbound logistics, and ERP coordination to ensure products are delivered on time and inventory levels are optimized. The role also involves extensive cross-functional collaboration and plays a critical part in supporting national distribution across major retail and e-commerce channels.Key ResponsibilitiesKeeping inventory records accurate and up to dateMonitoring stock levels and helping the team avoid shortages or excessSupporting repack, rework, or kitting projects when neededUsing ERP tools to track product movements and maintain reliable dataHelping generate reports to highlight trends or discrepanciesWorking with internal teams to keep product flow efficient and issues resolvedAssisting with general quality, compliance, and audit-related tasksWhat You BringAround 2+ years working in inventory, operations, or supply chain within consumer goods or a related industryExperience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or similar is helpful)Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetComfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environmentSolid Excel skills and confidence working with dataLocation: On-site in Los Angeles (Westside)
