Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtechPosition OverviewWe are seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst to coordinate inventory management, and supply chain efficiency across the Nordic region. This pivotal role combines inventory management and supply chain analytics to ensure optimal stock levels, reduce costs, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlaning and Analytics Supervise supply chain important metrics, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions. Apply sophisticated analytics and Power BI tools for reporting and insights.Inventory & Asset Management Manage and optimize consignment and field inventories, including instruments, implants, and equipment. Coordinate and implement field asset cycle counts, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal standards. Drive inventory reduction initiatives, including analysis of slow-moving stock, expiry management, and redeployment opportunities. Support deployment, utilization, and rationalization of inventory and assets in collaboration with sales and field teams. Ensure inventory accuracy, timely reconciliation, and adherence to shelf-life regulations.Supply Chain & Process Improvement Own the planning and execution of supply chain activities to mitigate supply risks and ensure product availability. Improve inventory management processes, including cycle counts, stock control, and reordering/return procedures. Drive continuous process improvement and standardization in Supply Chain Collaborate with Supply chain teams and Commercial teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX, and regulatory standards. Build positive relationships with regional and global collaborators, including Asset Management, Sales, Marketing, and Quality. Lead or participate in supply chain projects to improve efficiency and compliance.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Shown experience in inventory management or supply chain roles. Validated expertise in inventory optimization and supply chain processes. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and inventory management tools. Excellent communication and customer leadership skills. Proficiency in English; Swedish and/or Finnish.
