This is a rare opportunity for a senior lawyer with significant experience in fund structuring involving digital assets, fintech platforms, Web3, DeFi, or tokenised investment vehicles to join one of the most progressive and in-demand teams in the offshore market. The RoleAdvise global fund managers, tech-focused GPs, and institutional investors on fund formation, structuring, and downstream transactions.
Act as a lead advisor on crypto-native and blockchain-based investment platforms, including tokenised funds, DAOs, and digital asset-backed structures. Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm’s digital assets offering alongside a recognised leader in the space. Candidate Profile15+ years’ Commonwealth post-qualification experienceStrong background in investment fund formation (hedge, PE, VC, or hybrid), with demonstrable digital assets or fintech exposure.
