Overview:Our client is a UAE-based investment platform launching a new global fund dedicated to Artificial Intelligence innovation. The fund has been formed through a strategic partnership between a leading regional AI and data analytics group and an established venture capital platform with an international investment track record. The initiative aims to accelerate AI adoption across industries such as fintech, smart cities, logistics, healthcare, and energy.The platform combines advanced technology infrastructure and access to compute and data resources with deep investment and operational expertise. Its strategy targets early to growth-stage companies developing commercially scalable AI solutions with international expansion potential.Key Responsibilities:Source and evaluate AI and deep-tech investment opportunities across MENA, Europe, and AsiaLead financial and market analysis, valuation, and due diligence processesSupport transaction execution and structuring, working closely with legal and advisory teamsCollaborate with portfolio founders to accelerate scaling, partnerships, and go-to-market strategiesConduct research on AI infrastructure, applied data, and industry trends to shape investment thesesContribute to investment memoranda, reporting, and fundraising materials for internal and external stakeholdersCandidate Requirements:3–6 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, ideally with exposure to technology or AI-related transactionsStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with AI, data infrastructure, or software business modelsGlobal mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on execution approachFluency in English; Arabic is considered a strong assetOpportunity:Be part of a newly launched AI-focused investment platform backed by institutional and strategic partnersExposure to a fast-growing AI ecosystem in the UAE with global investment reachOpportunity to work closely with senior investors and technology leaders shaping regional innovation strategyLocation flexibility between Abu Dhabi and Dubai
