Investment Analyst - Alternative Investments Dubai, United Arab Emirates Our client is seeking a high-calibre Investments Analyst to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on global investments across alternative asset classes, with a strong emphasis on candidates who have direct buy-side experience and a solid foundation in portfolio management alongside deal execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full investment lifecycle across alternative strategies, including private equity, private credit, and real estate.Play a hands-on role in ongoing portfolio management, including performance monitoring, valuations, reporting, and strategic analysis of active investments.Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities globally by conducting financial modelling, market research, due diligence, and preparing investment committee materials.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio company management teams, advisors, and investment partners.Assist in post-investment monitoring, value-creation initiatives, and risk assessment.Maintain high-quality analytical outputs to support senior leadership in decision-making.Key Requirements1–3 years of buy-side experience is essential candidates must come only from Private Equity, Private Credit, or Real Estate investment firms.Strong exposure to both portfolio management (most critical requirement) and deal execution.Solid financial modelling and analytical skills; able to handle complex investment structures.Global mindset and interest in multi-region alternative investments.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.Open to candidates currently based abroad who are willing to relocate to Dubai.
