Senior Analyst, Investments | CRE Investment Firm | Los AngelesWe are working with a leading real estate investment firm that is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their fast-paced Investments team, and support growth across their multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US.This is a high-visibility position, on a high-visibility team, and requires that the candidate be able to cover due diligence, underwriting, and financial analysis for various commercial real estate transactions - including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.Main Responsibilities:Financial modeling and valuation analysis supporting acquisition and development teams for real estate projects including multi-family, office, and retail propertiesParticipate in due diligence, underwriting, and closing process of potential acquisitionsDevelop models for structures including partnerships, construction/development transactions, and various debt investmentsAttend management meetings and visit potential sitesWork with investment bankers and brokersCommunicate regularly with internal corporate finance and asset management teamsAssist in creation of presentations and ad hoc projects related to transactionsQualifications:Strong financial modeling skills BS/BA in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related Previous Real Estate experienceHighly analytical with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment1.5+ years of relevant work experience
