Role: Investment AnalystFirm: University Endowment FundLocation: Oxford, UKWe are exclusively mandated on a search for one of the world’s most prestigious university endowment investment funds. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing and growing investment team as an Investment Analyst.The firm manages a multi-billion-pound diversified portfolio on behalf of long-term institutional investors, including universities, colleges, and charitable foundations.In this role, you will contribute directly to the implementation of the investment strategy, supporting the team through research, portfolio monitoring, and the evaluation of new investment opportunities. The position requires a strong mix of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, together with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About the EndowmentThe organisation invests globally across public and private equity, specialist credit, property, and real assets, partnering with leading investment managers worldwide. Since its inception, the fund has delivered outstanding performance and supported significant distributions to its investors.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quantitative and qualitative research on investment funds, managers, and strategiesSupport due diligence and evaluation of new investment opportunitiesMonitor existing portfolio positions and prepare regular investment reports and analysisAssist with portfolio and risk analysis, contributing to internal discussions and reviewsCollaborate with peers, support junior team members, and represent the firm externallyCandidate Profile1-3 years’ experience in finance, investment consulting, or investment management (fund research or manager selection experience strongly preferred)Strong analytical, research, and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Excel; familiarity with analytical or AI tools is desirableDegree-educated with a commitment to pursuing the CFA qualificationAdditional InformationThis role requires a minimum of four days per week in Oxford.Due to the high volume of applications expected for this position, only candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted.
