Investment Professional (Multi-Asset Investments)OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven investment professional to join a small, collaborative team managing a diversified portfolio across public and private markets. The role offers broad exposure to asset allocation, investment research, and portfolio construction, with the opportunity to contribute directly to investment decisions and portfolio performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance quantitative and analytical models to support investment research, asset allocation, liquidity management, and risk analysis.Participate in the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of investments across multiple asset classes — including both external fund commitments and direct opportunities.Support portfolio monitoring, performance attribution, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for the investment committee.Conduct due diligence and comparative analysis on potential investment strategies, managers, and opportunities across global markets.Contribute to strategic portfolio reviews and the ongoing development of the investment process.Collaborate with team members to identify themes, risks, and opportunities across public and private markets.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience within a family office, asset management firm, or investment bank (multi-asset or alternatives experience preferred).Demonstrated strength in financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and investment research.Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.A structured, critical thinker with sound judgment and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.Exposure to cross-asset investing (public and private markets) and a genuine interest in long-term, fundamentals-driven investing.Personal AttributesIntellectually curious, proactive, and detail-oriented.Comfortable operating in a small, high-performance team where initiative and accountability are key.A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance analytical rigour and commercial awareness.
