LACE works predominantly with international institutional clients.LACE invests in highly skilled professionals, integrating internally the capacity to add value to real assets at the operational, engineering, and financial levels.www.LACEinvest.comJob DescriptionWe are looking for a bright, analytical, and high-performance orientated professional.This Analyst position is ideal for a recently graduated student (or with limited experience, up to 2 years), capable of integrating a team of professionals focused on investments, financial analysis, and asset management.The role will start with a generalist approach, providing broad exposure across multiple functions, with the opportunity to specialize as the career progresses.LACE will assure a transversal training program, as the workflow integrates multiple disciplines — financial, engineering, accounting, and legal.ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst will gain immediate exposure to the following areas of the company:Project and Company ValuationFinancial Modelling and Performance MeasurementSupport to M&A Transactions – including acquisitions, disposals, financings, and refinancingsProfitability Measurement and Performance Attribution AnalysisProduction of Investor Reports, Papers, and PresentationsMarket Research and Transaction AnalysisInteraction with multiple stakeholders involved in asset managementQualificationsMaster’s degree in Management, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience)Fluent verbal and written communication in EnglishStrong mathematical and analytical skills, with high attention to detailInterest and motivation to pursue a career in the Real Estate Investment sectorStrong communication and teamwork skillsThe new Analyst will receive on the job training to learn to proficiently value and analyse projects and businesses, covering accounting, financial modelling and capital markets.
