The firm operates globally with over $540 billion in assets under management and a team of more than 4,000 professionals across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.What The Job InvolvesLead financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions and development opportunities, including detailed discounted cash flow (DCF) models to assess returnsPrepare high-quality Investment Memos and materials for presentation to the Investment Committee and Board of Directors, collaborating closely with associates and senior management throughout the acquisition processEvaluate investment opportunities by collecting and analyzing in-depth market data, providing informed perspectives on risk, value, and performance potentialSupport ongoing asset management, including monitoring, quarterly valuations, reporting, and portfolio performance tracking through proprietary software and KPI analysisCollaborate with portfolio company management teams and sponsors, participating in diligence calls, board meetings, and lender communications to ensure optimal investment oversightAssist teams with re-underwriting, transaction amendments, and due diligence on active investmentsDevelop periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, investor relations, and limited partnersRepresent the firm professionally in the broader real estate and investment community, including interactions with brokers, bankers, and service providersTravel occasionally as required by project or portfolio needs Who we are looking forStrong technical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros), with solid PowerPoint and Word abilities; experience with Argus is a plusCreative problemsolving abilities, innovative thinkers who can navigate complex challengesImpeccable integrity and strong ethical standards, trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information responsiblyReliable, detailoriented, and committed to delivering high-quality resultsSelfmotivated, driven, and adaptable, thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environmentsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, foundational academic preparation for analytical work
