Investment Analyst

Senfin Asset Management (Pvt) Ltd is a leading Unit Trust and Private Wealth Management Company and a fully owned subsidiary of Senkadagala Finance PLC. The company is seeing rapid expansion of its product portfolio as well as its client base and is looking at the next phase of growth and are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our Fund Management team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct financial and performance analyses of existing and prospective funds across asset classes.Maintain earnings databases and valuation models; perform industry, company, and security analyses for equity and debt.Analyse local macroeconomic and political trends while tracking global developments impacting the Sri Lankan capital market.Monitor equity, money, and commodity markets, providing daily market updates to the Investment Team.Support Fund Managers in preparing reports, presentations, and portfolio management activities.Recommend investment opportunities through company valuations and written research reports.Engage with government, corporate, and industry leaders to gather insights and build relationships.Carry out additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.EXPERIENCE / SKILLSWork experience in capital markets of 1 to 2 years Partial/ Completed Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university AND/ORPartial/ Completed professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA etcPreference will be given to candidates with completed qualifications.
